7/18/11: CA Orders Schools to Teach that Homosexuals are Heroes

A bill signed into law earlier this month by California Governor Jerry Brown requires public schoolchildren to be taught about the “historical contributions” of homosexuals, bisexuals, and so-called “transgenders.” The bill forbids any school to use textbooks that do not wholly approve of and speak kindly of those practices.

FPN calls the law a “slap in the face to California parents who object to their children learning about such things.” Many parents who try to instill a Biblical worldview in their children at home will be shocked to learn that the public school system will be supplementing their children’s education with pro-homosexual agenda. At its core, this new “educational” push is designed to expose children at an early age to homosexuality as well as create in them a rejection of Biblical norms.
