Another Suit Filed Against Obamacare Mandate

An Indiana company is the 38th to file a lawsuit against the Obamacare mandate.

Grote Industries, a vehicle lighting manufacturer, objects on religious grounds to the requirements that it provide free insurance coverage for abortion-inducing drugs, sterilization and contraception under threat of heavy penalties. The Alliance Defending Freedom is representing the company.

ADF attorney Matt Bowman says, “The government has no business deciding what faith is, who the faithful are, or where and when their faith can be practiced.”

He also told Washington politicians they can’t “confine faith to our homes and our churches. Honoring God is important every day in all areas of life, including in our business. Freedom is God-given, not government-driven.”
