5/30/11: More Strange Sex Ed in CA Schools

The world of sex education is a strange and scary place in America’s public schools….the most egregious example is, as usual, in California. Last week teachers spent two days using all-girl geckos and transgendered clownfish to teach gender diversity lessons.

Students in all grades at Oakland’s Redwood Heights Elementary School heard teachers tell them there are different ways to be boys and different ways to be girls. In the lesson called “Gender Spectrum Diversity Training,” students were taught that “gender is not inherently nor solely connected to one’s physical anatomy.”

Brad Dacus, president of the Pacific Justice Institute, says it is difficult to imagine the liberal indoctrination endured by the students saying “it has no place in public schools.”

Many parents would agree.
