Children Should Be Taught Evils of Abortion

Liberals are reacting negatively to recent pro-life comments from Representative Steve King (R-Iowa). The Huffington Post, a liberal news aggregate website, is reporting on an interview that Rep. King had with a reporter from CNSnews.com. In the interview, King stated that he routinely talks to young children about the abortion issue.

Unsurprisingly, liberals are upset over his pro-life activism. But why shouldn’t King be allowed to discuss the topic in an age-appropriate way with children? Public school students are inundated each day with secular humanism. In many cases, they are encouraged to explore their sexuality at very young ages. Representative King should continue challenging school children to think about the sanctity of life and the impact that abortion has on women and unborn children.
