CA Public Schoolteacher Promotes Homosexuality to Third-Graders

A California-based pro-family activist is outraged that a San Diego public school teacher is teaching third graders that homosexuality is acceptable, and that a San Diego news website is glorifying the teacher’s indoctrination techniques.

A website called Voice of San Diego recently profiled a third-grade teacher, Mick Rabin, who uses his classroom to promote homosexuality to his young pupils, according to San Diego-based pro-family advocate James Hartline. Hartline says parents need to know what is happening in public school classrooms, and demand control over their tax-funded schools.

CA Gov. Signs Pro-Homosexual School Indoctrination Bills; Likely to Affect Nation’s Schoolchildren

“Mom and Dad” as well as “husband and wife” have been banned from California schools under a bill signed by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, who with his signature also ordered public schools to allow boys to use girls restrooms and locker rooms, and vice versa, if they choose.

Analysts have warned that schools across the nation will be impacted by the decision, since textbook publishers must cater to their largest purchaser, which often is California, and they will be unlikely to go to the expense of having a separate edition for other states.

The Bay Area Reporter OnlineFamily Policy Network was behind an airplane that circled [the September 30, 2007 Folsom Street Fair] leather festival towing an anti-gay banner. Some fairgoers saw an airplane circling above the South of Market event with a banner “Jesus Christ: www.Hopeforhomosexuals.com.” The banner, supported by an anti-gay organization devoted to encouraging gay and lesbian individuals to become “ex-gays,” is linked to the Virginia-based Family Policy Network.

“Homosexuality is nothing to celebrate,” said Joe Glover, president of Family Policy Network. “It has grave consequences, both physical and spiritual … the hope of all who sin, including homosexuals, is the chance to turn from sin and embrace the redemption God makes available through His Son, Jesus Christ.”
