Planned Parenthood Prays for Increase in Abortions

In a blog affiliated with the Washington Post, Jordan Sekulow and Matthew Clark of the American Center for Law & Justice report that Planned Parenthood prays for an increase in abortions. Perversely reminiscent of 40 day pro-life prayer vigils, Planned Parenthood is promoting it’s own “40 days of prayer,” that runs through April 27th.

A prayer guide found on Planned Parenthood.org encourages supporters to offer prayers of “thanks for abortion providers” and the “sacred care” they provide. Each day the site suggests a prayer. One of the most outrageous urges people to “pray for the families we’ve chosen. May they know the blessing of choice.”

The group that penned the prayers is Faith Aloud. Among Faith Aloud’s board members is the infamous partial-birth abortion doctor LeRoy Carhart.
