ACTION ALERT: Military Leader Criticized for Calling Homosexuality Immoral

URGENT: CLICK HERE to defend General Pace for Opposing Homosexuality

Dear Friend:

In today’s hyper “politically correct” environment of Washington, D.C., standing up for truth can sometimes result in a political death sentence.

Let me cut straight to the point. A respected, God-fearing Marine generals career is on the line – – And he needs your immediate help.

Due to a bill currently floating in the Senate that would overturn the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy, The Chicago Tribune asked for Marine General Peter Pace’s thoughts on the subject.

In the course of questioning, General Pace, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, took a stand for Bible-based morality and vigorously opposed homosexuals serving in our armed forces, stating:

“I do not believe the United States is well served by a policy that says it is OK to be immoral in any way.”

Not one to pass up an opportunity to show his liberal stripes, Senator John Warner (R-VA) immediately criticized the general’s beliefs — denouncing Biblical truth regarding the immoral nature of homosexuality, and demanding that the General make a public apology!

Unfortunately — despite President Bush’s claims to support the Christian moral values you and I care so deeply about — the White House thus far refuses to support General Pace.

General Pace and countless other Bible-believing service members have put their lives on the line repeatedly to defend our freedoms of religion and speech.

Now — as pro-homosexual lobbyists and politicians blast General Pace for exercising those rights he has defended — he is being asked to forfeit the very freedoms he has fought to defend!

That’s why today I’m asking you to join with me in speaking up for General Pace.

We’ve prepared a special Online Petition to President Bush and Senator John Warner, respectfully asking them both to defend General Pace as he withstands fierce attacks from well-funded homosexual activists and far left politicians.

Please take a moment now to sign this urgent petition by clicking here.

Make no mistake, President Bush could determine General Pace’s fate in a matter of days. Please join with me in taking action right now.

Thank you in advance for your immediate response.

Sincerely,

Joe Glover, President

P.S. Countless God-fearing soldiers like General Peter Pace put their lives on the line to defend our freedom. Now — with General Pace’s neck on the line for simply exercising the right to speech he’s risked his life to protect — he needs our immediate help.
