Obama Losing Support in Swing States over Abortion Stance

According to a recent Pew Research poll, voters in swing states are significantly less likely to vote for President Obama when they hear about his support for abortion and his mandate violating religious freedom.

The poll found that by a 2-1 margin, voters from the swing states of Wisconsin, Ohio, Virginia, and Florida were less likely to vote for the President when told “the health care legislation known as Obamacare contains provisions that allow for taxpayer funding of abortion.”

The poll found that “54% of swing voters said they would be less likely to vote for President Obama after learning that he voted against a law to give equal treatment and constitutional protections to babies born alive after a failed abortion.” The president’s record on the Born-Alive issue costs him support even among his supporters:
