Projects

  • Accountability – It’s not unusual to see liberal Democrats suffer the scorn of pro-family organizations when those politicians violate conservative principles. What’s rare, though, is to see a conservative group criticize Republican politicians for personal immorality and/or for backing measures antithetical to Christian values. FPN is dedicated to exposing politicians of all stripes whenever they betray conservative principles they claim to espouse.
  • Hope for All Sinners – According to the third chapter of Romans, “…all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” The sixth chapter of Romans states “the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Yet those who engage in the sin of homosexuality seem particularly hostile to repenting of their sins and allowing Jesus to take the reigns of their lives. In hopes of encouraging some who might desire such change, FPN established the “Hope for Homosexuals” website in 1998. Over the years, a number of people have sought and found help in their journey toward redemption. Currently, the site is being expanded at http://hopeforallsinners.com to help those seeking redemption from a wider array of sins associated with issues FPN addresses in the public square.
  • In God We Trust – Family Policy Network’s “In God We Trust” project reminds citizens of God’s providence by placing the National Motto in as many public buildings as possible. Family Policy Network drafted legislation that became law in Virginia to require posting the motto in public schools throughout the Commonwealth, then distributed thousands of high-quality prints containing the motto to schools, churches, businesses and other institutions to display for all to see.
  • Marriage Defense – Family Policy Network has been working to defend the institution of marriage in a variety of ways, including reminding citizens of God’s design for it and promoting the need for government agencies to properly define it.
